摘要
成本作为企业项目外包的原因已为理论和实践广泛接受。驱动企业作出项目外包决策和实施的根源却从来没有进行过系统的探究。通过对既往研究成果的分析,以驱动项目外包的三个维度,即从规模经济、战略定位和信任的建立和强化等三个方面解读了推进企业项目外包的原动力。
Cost is generally accepted in theory and practice to be an impetus. However, sourcing driving project outsourcing decision and implementing is never systematically studied. In this paper, after reviewing the previous works, the authors explain driving to facilitate project outsourcing in enterprises in terms of three dimensionalities---scaled economy, strategic position, and trust building.
