摘要
首先分析了软件企业业务外包的动因;接着详细研究了外包管理的四个关键管理过程:外包决策过程、分承包方的选择和评价、对分承包方的管理和交流以及验收过程,针对每个过程,都提出了相关理论和管理方法;最后研究了业务外包中软件企业的风险。
The paper analyses the motivation of software outsourcing firstly; then it thoroughly studies four key management processes of software outsourcing including decision process, vendor selection process, and proposes relevant theories and management methods for each process; at last, the paper researches the risk during software outsourcing.
