摘要
我国的公用事业民营化浪潮在政府的推动及外资和民间资本的积极参与下,取得了一定成果,也存在许多问题。介绍了公用事业及民营化的概念,分析了公用事业民营化的必要性与可行性以及在我国的实践情况,并就我国公用事业民营化过程中所涉及的具体问题进行了探讨。
The public utility privatization in China has developed to a certain extent with the supports of the government and the active participation of the private sectors. However, there are still some problems in this process. This paper shows a profile of the public utility privatization in China and has some discussions on this issue.
