摘要
平面铣削路径的自动生成是CAPP/CAM集成设计的瓶颈问题.立足于通用性和实用性,提出了把平面划分成网格,根据网格特征值判断刀具的进给形式并计算出相应的刀具运动的点位数据,以确定平面铣削路径的新方法.文中对这一方法的实现过程也作了详细的讨论.
Automatic generation of cutter path for plane milling is the key problem in CAPP/CAM integrated design. A new approach is proposed in this paper. The basic idea consists in dividing the whole plane into many grid meshes. According to the characteristic value of each grid mesh,the feed patterns of tool travel can be judged and the trajectory data of tool travel can be calculated. Then the milling path of the plane to be machined is determined. The realization of this approach in practice is also discussed in detail.
