本文讨论了强度负反馈对半导体激光器调频特性的影响,指出强度负反馈不仅可以改善半导体激光器的调频特性,而且可以降低其伪强度调制。

The influence of feedback of intensity on frequency-tuning of semiconductor laser is discussed in the paper. The conclusion is that the feedback can not only improve the frequeney-tuning of semiconductor, but reduce the spurious intensity modulation.
