摘要
介绍一种新型FM18L08型铁电存储器,分析TMS320VC5402型数字信号处理器(DSP)的并行引导装载模式,给出一种基于铁电存储器的DSP脱机独立运行系统的设计方案,并将该方案成功地应用在一种语音门锁系统中。
A kind of new ferroelectric RAM (FM18L08) produced in Ramtron Inc. is introduced, and TMS320VC5402 type DSP bootloader mode is analyzed. A new design of DSP offline independent system based on ferroelectric RAM is present. The scheme has been applied to a phonetic lock system successfully.
