The application reliability of electronic components & devices are discussed as viewed from the selecting, controlling and use etc, including quality class, failure rate class, selecting principle and quality controlling, application reliability of microelectronic devices(overstress damage, norm-reductive use, second screening), applied reliability of resistive/capacitive components (resistors, potentiometers, capacitors) and selecting/application of other components (relays, microwave elements, connectors).
