目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)病变组织中有无自身抗体和免疫复合物存在。方法 用光镜观察SARS尸检及穿刺活检标本的病理变化和应用免疫组化、组织化学检测患者的自身抗体及免疫复合物。结果 病变组织 (肺、心、肾、脾、淋巴结等 )存在大量免疫复合物主要为IgG、C3c,其次为IgA。患者血清中含有抗基膜的自身抗体。 结论 体液免疫在SARS发病中起重要作用 ;
Purpose To explore the role of autoantibody and immune complexes in the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) tissue. Methods The pathological changes in the SARS autopsy cases and a case of lung puncture were observed under light microscopy. The autoantibody and immune complexes in the sample tissues were detected by immunohistochemical and histochemical staining. Results The immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence staining revealed reactivity with massive autoantibody and immune complexes were found in pathological tissues.Conclusions The humoral immunity plays an important role in the developments of SARS.It is one of practical and useful methods that Congo red stain express immune complexes.
