摘要
应用5种中间丝单克隆抗体和S—100蛋白多克隆抗体对21例涎腺多形性腺瘤进行了免疫组化研究。结果肿瘤组织内腺管样结构的外层、片块状结构和粘液软骨样区的细胞波形蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白和S—100蛋白阳性,表明由于肿瘤干细胞向腺上皮和肌上皮的分化,致使其细胞成分具有多形性表现的特点。
Using 5 monoclonal antibodies against intermediate filament and the polyclonal antibody S—100 protein the immunohistochemical studies were carried out on 21 cases of pleomorphic adenomas of salivary gland. The results showed that there were vimentin, glial fibrillary acid protein and S—100 protein positive cells existing in the out layer of ductlike structue, the solid proliferating cluster and the mucocartilagnoid area. It showed that the differentiation of tumor blast cells to adenoepithelia and myoepithelia makes tumor cells polymorph.
