摘要
为了观察卤钨灯灭菌器灭菌效果,用载体定量法,进行了实验室和模拟现场试验。结果,在卤钨灯灭菌器腔内托盘温度达270℃作用1.5min,可以将不锈钢片、螺丝孔内及止血钳齿部污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢全部杀灭,可完全破坏载体上HBsAg抗原性,整个灭菌周期仅需5min。结果指示,该灭菌器能在瞬时产生高温,短时间内对金属物品达到良好的灭菌效果;与压力蒸汽、环氧乙烷及辐射灭菌相比具有省时、简便、耗能少、安全无污染等特点;可用于金属医疗器械的快速灭菌。
In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of halogen tungsten lamp sterilizer, carrier quantitative method was used to carry out laboratory test and simulated field trial. The results showed that when the temperature of the tray in the cavity of the halogen tungsten sterilizer attained 270 ℃ , the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger contaminating the stainless steel coupon, hole of screw and teeth of hemostatic forceps could be killed completely and antigenicity of HBsAg on carrier could be destroyed completely after exposure for 1.5 min. The whole sterilization cycle was only 5 min. The results indicated that the sterilizer could produce high temperature instantaneously and had good efficacy in sterilizing metal objects in short time. As compared with autoclave, ethylene oxide and radiation sterilization, it has the peculiarities of saving time, simple and convenient, low energy consumption, safe and without contamination, and can be used for quick sterilization of metal medical instruments.
