摘要
为了解酸化电位水杀菌效果和有机物影响,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与有机物影响试验。结果,以氧化还原电位1100mV,pH2.7,含有效氯50mg/L的酸化电位水作用15s对悬液中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌杀灭率>99.90%,作用3min对悬液中的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率>99.90%。有机物存在对该水杀菌效果有重度影响,在消毒前必须进行彻底清洗。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) and the influence of organic substance, suspension quantitative germicidal test and organic substance influence test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to EOW containing available chlorine 50 mg / L at oxidation reduction potential 1100 mV and pH 2.7 for 15 s were >99.90% and the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var, nig-er in suspension exposed for 3 min was >99.90%. Presence of organic substance had significant influence on the germicidal efficacy of EOW, therefore, thorough washing is necessary before disinfection.
