摘要
为观察嵌入式食具消毒柜对微生物的杀灭效果,采用载体定量杀菌试验,观察了消毒柜不同工作状态的杀菌效果。结果,消毒柜空载时,消毒作用10min,对玻片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达99.90%以上。满载时消毒30min、烘干30min,对上、下层大肠杆菌的杀灭率均达到99.90%以上;消毒45min、烘干45min,对上、下层金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均达到99.90%以上;消毒60min、烘干60min,对上、下层枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率90%以上。
In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of Inlay-type Tableware Disinfector, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of the disinfector in different working conditions. The results indicated that the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on glass slide disinfected in empty Disinfector for 10 min attained over 99.90%. The killing rates of Escherichia coli disinfected for 30 min and dried for 30 min, Staphylococcus aureus disinfected for 45 min and dried for 45 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger disinfected for 60 min and dried for 60 min on upper and lower shelves of the loaded Disinfector were over 99.90%, over 99.90% and over 90% respectively.
