杭州市部分医院洁净手术室综合性能的监测

MONITORING OF COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE OF CLEAN OPERATING ROOM OF SOME HOSPITALS IN HANGZHOU CITY

为了解杭州市部分医院洁净手术室洁净效果的现状,进一步规范操作流程,强化管理,提高洁净效率,对新建和改建的42间洁净手术室和14间洁净辅助用房洁净效果等8项指标进行了监测。结果,总合格率为80.4％,其中洁净手术室合格率为78.5％,辅助用房合格率为85.7％。结果表明,部分医院在洁净手术室的管理上还存在着一定的缺陷,洁净效果亦未全部达标,需要强化管理,定期进行维修和监测。

In order to know the present status of clean efficacy of clean operating room of some hospitals in Hangzhou City for standardizing further the operation procedures, strengthening administration and improving clean efficiency, 8 indices including clean efficacy of 42 newly built and rebuilt clean operating rooms and 14 clean accessory rooms were monitored. The results showed that the overall eligible rate was 80.4%, of which the eligible rate of clean operating rooms was 78.5% and that of accessory rooms was 85.7%. The results indicate that there is still certain defects in administration of clean operating rooms in some hospitals and the clean efficacy is also not fully up to standard, it is, therefore, necessary to strengthen the administration and carry out regular maintenance and monitoring.
