宁波市市级医疗机构消毒效果检测结果分析

ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF EXAMINATION OF DISINFECTION EFFCIACY IN MU NICIPAL MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF NINGBO CITY

为了解宁波市市级医疗机构消毒工作质量,对室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液进行了采样检测。结果,空气、物体表面、手、消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器检测合格率分别为24.3％、77.8％、65.7％、99.2％、86.5％。室内空气细菌总数超标率达75.7％,医护人员手合格率呈逐年下降趋势。结论,宁波市医疗机构消毒工作质量存在一定差距,需要加强管理监督。

In order to know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of municipal level in Ningbo City, the indoor air, surfaces of objects, hands of medical staffs and disinfectant solutions in use were sampled for examination. The results showed that the eligible rates of air, surfaces of objects, hands, disinfectant solutions and autoclaves were 24.3%, 77.8%, 65.7%, 99.2% and 86.5% respectively. The rate of exceeding allowable limit of total bacterial count of indoor air attained 75.7% and the eligible rate of hands of medical staffs tended to decrease year by year. Conclusion: There were certain shortcomings in the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Ningbo City, so administration and supervision should be strengthened.
