自制手术器械架在清洗消毒器械中的应用观察

OBSERVATION ON APPLICATION OF SELF-MADE OPERATION INSTRUMENT RACK IN WASHING AND DISINFECTING INSTRUMENTS

为解决全自动或半自动清洗机在清洗和浸泡消毒过程中,器械清洗消毒不彻底或磨损等问题,研究制作了手术器械架,并对其应用效果进行了观察。结果,使用自制手术器械架后,清洗消毒过程中避免了器械闭合处血迹不能彻底清除,缩短了处理时间;实现器械放置有序、排列整齐,避免了磨损;工作效率提高25％。结论,这种新的手术器械架具有实用价值。

In order to solve the problems of imperfect washing and disinfection of the instruments or wear and tear in the process of washing and immersion disinfection in automatic or semi-antomatic washing machine, an operation instrument rack was developed and made and its efficacy in use was observed. The results showed that after using the self-made operation instrument rack, the problem of incomplete elimination of blood remnant at the closure part of the instruments was avoided in the washing and disinfecting processes, the treatment time was shortened, the instruments were arranged in good order, wear and tear were avoided and the work efficiency was increased by 25%. Concusion: This new operation instrument rack has practical value.
