摘要
目的 研究川贝母的化学成分。方法 运用色谱方法进行分离纯化,用氢谱、碳谱、DEPT谱及质谱鉴定其结构。结果 从四川家种贝母新种——瓦布贝母(Bulbus fritillaria wabuensis S.Y.Tang et S.C.Yueh)鳞茎中分得3个甾体生物碱,分别为:西贝素(imperialine,Ⅱ),西贝素氮氧化物(imperialine-β-N-oxside,Ⅱ),异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isoverticine-β-N-oxide,Ⅲ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ为一种新的异甾体生物碱,命名为异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isovertlcine-β-N-oxide)。
Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia. Methods
Chromatography techniques were used to isolate the chemical constituents. EI-MS, ~1HNMR, ^(13)CNMR and DEPT
were used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. Results Three alkaloids were isolated from
the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia, and were identified as imperialine (Ⅰ), imperlaline-β-N-oxside (Ⅱ),
isoverticine-β-N-oxide (Ⅲ). Conclusion Isoverticine-β-N-oxide was isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria
wabuensia for the first time. Isoverticine-β-N-oxide is a new alkaloid.
