气相色谱法测定岗松油中芳樟醇和桉油精的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的 建立岗松油中芳樟醇和桉油精的含量测定方法。方法 采用气相色谱法,FID检测器,以无水乙醇为溶剂,十一烷为内标,在SE-54毛细管色谱柱上,实现了芳樟醇和桉油精与各组分的基线分离。结果 芳樟醇在0.488-2.930 mg·mL-1内,线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=0.873 9X-0.0265,r=0.9999,回收率为100.8%(RSD=1.9%,n=5);桉油精在1.395-8.372 mg·mL-1内,线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.931 8X-0.0076,r=0.9998,回收率为100.0%(RSD=1.7%,n=5)。结论 经方法学验证,该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于岗松油中芳樟醇和桉油精的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To develop a quantitative method for the determination of Linalool and cineol in essential oil of Baeckea frutes-cens by gas chromatography. METHODS The materials were dissolved in anhydrous alcohol. The sample solution was injected into a SE-54 capillary column using nitrogen as the carrier gas. The column temperature was kept at 100℃. The temperatures of the injection port and FID detector were 220℃ and 180℃ respectively, under this condition, linalool and cineol were separated thoroughly from other components. RESULTS The linear range of linalool was 0.488 - 2.930 mg·mL-1 , and the regression equation was Y = 0.8739X-0.0265 (r = 0.9999) . The linear range of cineol was 1.395 - 8.372 mg·mL-1 , and the regression eolation was Y = 0.9318X - 0.0076 (r =0.9998). CONCLUSION The method was proved to be sensitive, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the analysis of the contents of linalool and cineol in essential oil of Baeckea frutescens.
