金属硫蛋白在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达

Expression of metallothionein in human thyroid tumor disease

目的 研究金属硫蛋白 (MT)在人良恶性甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及其生物学意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 0例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤手术标本中MT的表达水平 ,比较MT表达的差别。结果 MT在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达率均为 1 0 0 % ,用图像分析测得其不同的平均阳性灰度值 (AGA)分别为 6 2 2 0± 1 2 4 0 ,87 6 0± 9 2 0。MT在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 MT在人良恶性甲状腺肿瘤中的不同表达显示MT与甲状腺恶性肿瘤关系密切 。

ObjectiveTo study the biological significance of metallothionein expressions in different human thyroid tumor diseases. MethodsThe expressions of MT were defected by immunohistochemical methods in 40 surgical sections and compared among different human thyroid tumor diseases. ResultsThe positive rates of MT were 100% in different human tumor diseases. Expression of AGA were (62 20±12 40) and (87 60±9 20) in thyroid adenomas and thyroid adenocarcinomas respectively, measured by NIG imagination. The MT expressions in thyroid adenocarcinomas were significantly stronger than those of thyroid adenomas( P <0 05). ConclusionThe expression of MT in different human thyroid tumor diseases shows MT is closely related to thyroid malignancy. It may contribute to the pathological process of thyroid malignancy.
