日前,记者就地方保护及肉类产品为何出口美国等发达国家市场如此艰难等问题,专访了河南双汇集团万隆董事长。他指出,长期以来困扰中国肉类工业发展和肉类市场规范的两个主要问题,一是肉品流通中的地方保护主义屡禁不止,乃至愈演愈烈;二是由于肉类食品的相关标准没有和国际接轨,出口长期受阻。
China's meat industry has been growing continuously since the commencement of the economic reform. In the past several decades, the compound annual growth rates (CAGRs) of the production of pork, poultry, beef and mutton were .amazing. However, there still are problems puzzling meat producers. Wan Long, president of Shuanghui Group emphasized the two troubles: the local protection exists in the circulation which affected the benefit of famous brand, another is domestic industry standard can not connect with international market. So grade administration is imperative.
