Some fundamental Formulas of Dupin hypcrsurfaces are proved,and some conditions,for a Dupin hypcrsurface to be isoparamctric hypersurface are discussed.Let M be a Dupin hypresurface in (C)with constant mean curvature H,and 2λ<λ_2<… <λ_g be the distinct principal curvatures of M.Ifλ_η=constant(η≥3)and C+λ_1λ_η≥0, org=3 and λ_1=costant,(λ_1≠H).Then M is an isoparametric hypersurface.
