摘要
介绍用于 ATE(AutoTestEquipment)系统的基于开关电源的量程可调、启停可控及状态可读功能、带有短路、过流过压保护的 8路程控直流电源。电源的 PWM控制器采用 TL494。本地操作通过 20C51单片机控制的触摸屏来实现,并且采用 RS-232C 接口进行远程控制。文中给出了系统结构图,控制流程图和关键程序段。该电源已用于自动测试系统并且可广泛应用于自动化系统,装备检测维修,设备调试调测以及教学科研中。
In this paper, an eight- channel programmable DC switch power supply with adjustable output, controllable ON/OFF, readable status and perfect protections. TL494 is used as PWM controller of the power supply. A touch screen under the control of 20C51 microprocessor is utilized to convey all of the control operations. And the remote control can be realized via RS - 232C. The block diagram of the system, the flow chart of the control, and key programs are given in detail. The system has been put into practice use and proved to have bright future in ATE, equipment maintenance, education, and other research work.
