USB provides an ideal link between host computer and testing device in the virtual instrument system. This paper focuses on the discussion of a high - speed data acquisition (DAQ) device with the design ideal, working principle and its implement key points. With a typical application example of digital oscilloscope, it also illustrates the develop method of this kind of system and its commonly significant.
