玉米不同部位提取物的抗氧化性能比较 被引量:25

摘要 研究了从玉米的不同部位中提取黄酮类物质 ,并对其抗氧化性能进行了比较研究。结果表明 :玉米须中黄酮类物质含量最多 ,达到了 2 1 0 6%;其次是玉米叶 1 0 1 3 %、玉米芯 0 662 %,玉米粒含量最少 ,为 0 41 1 %。通过与TBHQ、Vc、茶多酚比较 ,发现除玉米粒外 ,其他三者都表现出良好的抗氧化性能 ,其抗氧化性能随提取物浓度的增加而增强。通过复配实验 。 This paper studied the quantity and the anti oxidation activity of the extracts from different parts of corn. The result shows that the extractions from corn beard have the highest quantity of up to 2.106%, followed by the extract from corn leaves of 1.013%, corn rush pith of 0.662%. The extracts from corn seeds had the lowest quantity of only 0.411%. by comparing with TBHQ, Vc, and Tea polyphenol, we found that they all had very good anti oxidation activities except corn seeds. With the rising of consistency, the antioxidant activities became stronger. The experiments of mixtures showed that Tea polyphenol had good concurrent function to the extractions from different parts of corn regarding to anti oxidation activity.
