摘要
东莞原中心城区受产业结构、管理体制的制约,发展缓慢,宜采取跨越式发展的方式,跳出老城建新城,从充分发挥政府的投资引导作用、合理划定中心区的控制范围、制定促进新区开发的有关政策等方面采取措施,突出中心功能,保证新区建设的有序开展。
Restricted by the industrial structure andmanagement system,the development in the origi-nal town center of Dongguan is very slow.It is there-fore advisable to adopt the pattern of skipping de-velopment to jump out of the old town to build a newone.Measures such as making full use of the role ofthe government in investment guidance,setting theboundary line for the control area of the centralzone and working out policies for the promotion ofnew development,etc.to give prominence to thecentral function and ensure the orderly develop-ment of the new zone.[
