摘要
1 实验1.1 材料和仪器枸桔(Poncirus trifoliata Raf.)1989年9月采自陕西汉中地区,经本校生物系黄可副教授鉴定.枸桔挥发油用自制的水蒸汽蒸馏一溶剂萃取装置提取,以精馏石油醚(收集60℃以下馏分)为溶剂.仪器,日本岛津 GC-16A 气相色谱仪和CR-3A 色谱数据处理机;英国 VG 公司 ZAB-HS 色谱一质谱联用仪;ALPHA CENTAURI FT 红外光谱仪;FX-90Q 核磁共振仪.
The chemical composition of the volatile oil from Poncirus trifoliata Raf.is studied by means of GC-MS-DS.44 components are detected and 31 of them are identified.The total content of the abovc 31 compounds is 99.23 pcrccnt of the volatile oil.Its principal composition is d-Limonenc(71.36%).
