高频超声监测中药治疗乳腺增生症的研究

目的 通过高频彩色多普勒超声观察中药柴瓜消结汤治疗后乳腺增生症患者的超声改变特点 ,结合其黄体期激素水平的变化 ,寻找柴瓜消结汤治疗乳腺增生症的理论依据。方法 对确诊为乳腺增生症的 1 86例患者给予柴瓜消结汤治疗 ,治疗前后测量激素水平 ,以高频彩超随访 ,观察其治疗效果。结果 乳腺增生症的声像图主要分为单纯性增生 ,囊性增生、腺瘤样增生及混合型。治疗三个疗程后单纯性增生显效最快 ,有效率为 99% ,患者服药 6个疗程后 ,则囊性增生 ,腺瘤样增生及混合型有效率明显提高 ,分别为 92 %、 89%、 94 % ,治疗后 E2(雌二醇 )、PRL(催乳素 )降低 ,P(孕酮 )回升 ,FSH(卵泡刺激素 )、L H(黄体生成素 )改变无显著性差异。结论 柴瓜消结汤为一种治疗乳腺增生症的有效新药 。

Objective We tried to find out the theoretical basis of Chai Gua Xiao Jie decoction(CGXJD)on the treatment of hyperplasia of mamary glands(HMG)through observing the ultrasonic changes using high frequency ultrasonography(HFU).Methods Ninety six patients were treated with CGXJD and the hormone levels were measured before and after the treatment followed up by HFU to evaluate the effects.Results The sonograms of HMG could be divided into four types induding simple,cystic,adenoid and mixed hyperplasia types and was significantly improved after three courses and the cured rate was 100%.The cystic,adenoid and mixed hyperplasia types were also significantly improved after five courses,that is.92%,89%,92% respectively.E 2,PRL levels were significantly increased and P decreased after the treatment.but there were no differences in FSH,and LH levels.Conclusions Chai Gua Xiao Jie decoction is very effective for the treatment of HMG with changes of E 2,PRL and P levels.
