摘要
本文将等离子喷涂与激光熔覆工艺相结合 ,进行了纳米Al2 O3复合涂层的激光熔覆试验 ,分析了各工艺参数对熔覆工艺的影响 ,研究了熔覆过程中纳米陶瓷材料晶粒生长过程 ,得到了较为合理的纳米Al2 O3激光熔覆工艺。通过SEM、X射线衍射、摩擦磨损试验等手段对得到的复合涂层进行了微观组织、磨损性能等检测。结果表明 :采用优化的熔覆工艺 ,纳米Al2 O3熔覆材料的晶粒生长得到极大抑制 ,保持纳米结构 ,其在复合涂层常规材料表面与空洞间隙中紧密排列 。
Combining laser cladding with plasma spraying coating technology,cladding experiments of nano alumina composite coating are carried out,affects of cladding parameters on the process and the growth procedure of the nano material grain size under laser are analyzed to get an optimal cladding technique.The microstructure and wearing performance of the nano composite ceramic coating fabricated in above experiments are tested,the results indicate that with the optimized cladding technique,the growth of grain size of nano-alumina is restricted greatly so that the cladding material can be kept nano-structured.Quantities of Nano alumina grains are distributed compactly in the surface,pores and flaws of the plasma spraying coating,with witch the quality and the mechanic performance of the composite coating are improved greatly.
