摘要
测定了小檗碱及其盐类的<sup>1</sup>HNMR 谱,观察了在 DMSO—d<sub>6</sub>溶剂中D<sub>2</sub>O 对溶剂极化屏蔽效应的影响.结果发现。成盐效应和 D<sub>2</sub>O 交换均使距分子偶级矩较近的质子化学位移向高场移动.
The ~1HNMR spectra of berberine,berberine chloride and berberine hydroxide are studied.The effect of D_2O on solvent porlarization shiclding in DMSO-d_6 is investigated.It turns out that the peaks of those protons adjaecnt to the molecular dipolar center shifi to high field on both salt forming and H-D exchanging.
