摘要
对陕西省地表水资源的分布现状、数量及其存在的问题,进行了分析探讨,提出了可供参考的对策建议.
The resources of surface water originate from the precipitation.In is the material wealth related with people's life and social economics.Its present distribution,guantity and some exising problems are analyzed,which lead to some suggestions for reference.
