摘要
用(Zr^(4+)Mg^(2+))离子代换纯锂氧体中的Fe^(3+)离子,得到Li-Mg-zr系列铁氧体复合材料。通过穆斯堡尔效应、x射线衍射和磁性测量等方法,探讨分析了这种复合材料的磁性与微观结构的关系。
The ferrite system of Li_(0.5)Mg_xZr_xFe_(2.5-2x)O_4(x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) is studied by the measurement of foundamentel magnetism, x-ray diffiection and Mossbauer effect. The results show that it is advantageous to the formationof single-phase by means of increasing sintering temperature and decreasing the quantity of the substitution. The substitution of (Zr^(4+)Mg^(2+)) for Fe^(3+), can adjust the saturated magnetization 4πM_3 effectively. Because of the effect of the non-magnetic ions diluting, the Mossbauer spectra of both room and low temperature appear paramagnetic doublet.
