摘要 目的观察降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应(CGRP鄄IR)纤维在大鼠心肌内的分布和密度,为心肌病的研究奠定形态学基础。方法用免疫组织化学法显示大鼠心肌内的CGRP鄄IR纤维,计算其分布密度。结果在心房肌内和心室肌内均可见CGRP鄄IR纤维分布于心肌纤维之间,心房肌内CGRP鄄IR 纤维的面积密度和数量密度均高于心室肌。结论CGRP鄄IR 纤维在大鼠心肌内分布广泛,其分布密度存在部位差异。 Objective To study the distribution and density of calcitonin gene-related peptide-like immunoreactivity(CGRP-IR) fibers in myocardium of rats and lay the morphological base for the study of myocardial diseases. Methods The immunohistochemical staining was used to show the positive fibers of CGRP-IR and calculate the density of CGRP-IR fibers in myocardium of rats. Results There were CGRP-IR positive fibers in both atrium myocardium and ventricle myocardium. On the section of atrium and ventricle myocardium, we saw the deep brown positive CGRP-IR fibers, which scattered among working myocardium fibers as fine terminal fibers. The density of CGRP-IR positive fibers in atrium myocardium was higher than that in ventricle myocardium. Conclusions CGRP-IR fibers exist in both atrium and ventricle myocardium and there is position difference in the distribution of never fibers in myocardium of rats.
