摘要
目的探讨腐殖酸对NMRI鼠关节软骨粘弹性的影响及影响机制。方法用含30 mg/L腐殖酸的饮水饲养第二代NMRI鼠,应用生物化学及生物力学的方法对子代鼠关节软骨的结构、胶原水平及粘弹性进行观察。结果与对照组相比,实验组关节软骨胶原水平明显下降(P< 0.01),软骨的粘弹性显著降低(P< 0.01)。结论NMRI鼠关节软骨粘弹性的改变与腐殖酸对软骨胶原的表达及排列结构的影响有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of fulvic acid on the viscoelasticity of articular cartilage in rats. Methods 30 mg/L fulvic acid (FA) in the drinking water was used to treat NMRI rats for two generation, the collagen content and viscoelasticity of the articular cartilage in the first generation were observed by biochemical and biodynamic methods. Results The viscoelasticity of articular cartilage was decreased significantly in the treated animal as compared with the control, and the collagen content of the cartilage tissue was also shown a marked decrease. Conclusions The influence of FA on the viscoelasticity of the articular cartilage might be related to the decrease in collagen content and the disturbed collagen arrangement.
