摘要
目的为制定中国中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集中国299个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白(HiCN)法测定的35 815例中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与地理因素的关系。结果中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F= 232.07)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y赞=133.0+0.007547X1+0.2350X3-1.018X4+0.006605X5±18.1。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的血红蛋白正常参考值;依据地理因素与中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的高相关性,可为制定区域性中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供了科学依据。依据血红蛋白正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区6个区,使每个区中的参考值更为科学。
Objective In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese middle-aged men's hemoglobin. Methods According to literature data, a research was made about relationship between the reference value of 35 815 examples of Chinese healthy middle-aged men's hemoglobin and 5 geographical factors in 299 areas of China, the normal reference value was determined by the cyanmethemoglobin method. Results It was found that the correlation of geographical factors and the reference value of Chinese middle-aged men's hemoglobin were quite significant (F = 232.07). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation is given out: ■ = 133.0 + 0.007 547X1 + 0.235 0X3 -1.018X4 + 0.006 605X5±18.1. Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the reference value of Chinese middle-aged men's hemoglobin of this area can be reckoned using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese middle-aged men's hemoglobin, taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution, China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast region.
