This paper analyses the objective standard and difficulty of the cconomical effect comprehensive evaluation of dwelling house constr- uction systems with the fuzzy mathematics and presents mathematics model analysis method and procedure.It provides a practical and poss- ihle method of comprehensive evaluation for the problem of dwelling house constrnction systems which are of multi-index and vague property.
