摘要
从系统观点出发,以“有限理性论”为依据,充分考虑到综合能源系统的特点,我国目前多种价格形式并存的现实和计算机技术的发展现状,提出了分别用系统物质流图、数字表格和数学模型描述和分析综合能源系统的方法。基于这种方法,可以建立项目分析的决策支持系统,并对决策者提出的各种可能性方案进行计算机模拟分析和评价。
This paper presents an approach of quantitative economic analysis for Integrated Energy System (IES) based on both theory of rational limited and the point of system engineering. The characteristics of the IES and a product with different prices were considered in the approach. Both material flow chart and figure tables as well as mathematical models were applied to describe a complex system. With the approach a decision support system of a project assesment can be set up and different senarioes given by deciders will be simulated.
