共边铜氧链化合物Ca_(0.85)CuO_2高压下的结构相变
摘要
类钙钛矿结构化合物Ca0.85CuO2具有很奇特的结构特点:它既含一维的共边铜氧链,又存在由于Ca原子周期性缺位而形成的调制结构,采用金刚石压砧高压装置(DAC),对Ca0.85CuO2的多晶粉末样品,进行了0~32GPa压力范围的高压能散X射线衍射实验,实验结果首次表明,在15GPa压力附近,Ca0.85CuO2发生结构突变,相变是可逆的.
