摘要
用感应加热熔敷法在Q2 35钢表面获得微米和纳米碳化钨复合涂层 ,并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析仪、显微硬度计等仪器对涂层的微观结构及显微硬度进行了研究。结果表明 ,涂层与基体间形成了牢固的冶金结合 。
Micro-nanostructure tungsten carbide composite coatings are obtained by induction heating sintering method on the surface of Q235 steel specimen.The microstructure and micro-hardness of the composite coatings were studied by SEM,X-ray diffractometer,micro-hardometer.The result shows that there are excellent properties of metallurgical bonding between coating and substrates and a great deal of alloy elements diffuse into the coatings and the substrate each other.
