摘要
发动机挺杆经盐浴炉整体加热淬火和杆部高温退火处理后易产生畸变开裂 ,改用专用淬火设备 ,在发动机挺杆底面进行局部火焰淬火和低温回火工艺后 ,实现了对挺杆底面局部淬火而杆部硬度不发生变化 ,达到了质量要求 ,产品生产自动化程度高 ,生产率高 。
Engine tappet is easy distorting and cracking by using whole heating quenching in salt bath and the high temperature annealing for the pole.The local flame quenching at tappet bottom and low temperature tempering were carried out by special quenching equipment,the hardness of tappet did not change,that met the quality standard.The auto-quenching equipment has high automation,high productivity and good results.
