纯培养拟茎点霉属真菌的产孢条件 被引量:21

摘要 对8种拟茎点霉纯培养下的产孢条件进行了筛选和比较.结果表明,拟茎点霉产孢的最佳培养基为苜蓿煎汁+Czapek培养基,其次为燕麦片琼脂培养基和苜蓿杆+水琼脂培养基;最适温度范围为22~25 C;最佳光照时间为每天12h(日光灯40W,与培养物问的距离约为30cm):合适的pH值范围为5.6~6.8. The sporulation conditions of 8 species of Phomopsis in pure culture were compared. The optimum media for Phomopsis sporulation was alfalfa extract+Czapek medium, and were OMA and alfalfa stem+WA media. The optimum range of temperature was 22℃-25℃. The optimum illumination time was 12 hours each day (fluorescent light, 40W; interval: 30cm ). The befitting pH value was 5.6-6.8.
