摘要
研究了Mg对A1-5%Fe合金中Al3Fe相形貌的影响。研究发现,Mg对Al-5%Fe合金中Al3Fe相的形貌产生较大影响。未加入Mg时,初生Al3Fe相大多为针状,少量为花朵状。加入Mg后,组织得到改善:初生针状Al3Fe相变小,有向花朵状转变的趋势,共晶Al3Fe相长成针点状;当Mg量超过0.5%后,初生Al3Fe相的分枝加剧。
Effect of Mg on the Al3Fe phase morphology of A1-5%Fe alloy has been researched.The results showed that Mg had a deep effect on the morphology of Al3Fe that most primary Al3Fe were needle-like and a few flower-like before adding Mg.However after adding Mg, the microstructures have been improved:the morphology of primary needle-like Al3Fe has been refined with a tendency to change to flower-like ans eutectic Al3Fe phase being needle dot-like.When the content of Mg was over 0.5%,the branches of primary Al3Fe have been increased.
