NF-κB和Ki67在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of NF-κB and Ki67 in Bladder Carcinoma

[目的]研究NF鄄κB与膀胱癌分级、分期、复发及转移的关系,以及NF鄄κB和Ki67在膀胱癌中的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测NF鄄κB和Ki67在膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡包埋标本54例和正常对照标本13例的表达。[结果]NF鄄κBP65和Ki67在54例膀胱癌中的阳性表达率分别为88.9%、70.4%,与对照组相比有显著性差异。NF鄄κB阳性表达率随膀胱移行细胞癌分级、分期的增高有降低趋势,而随复发及转移的增多而增高。NF鄄κBP65和Ki67在膀胱癌中的表达具有正相关性。[结论]NF鄄κB有望作为评价膀胱癌恶性度、肿瘤进展及预后的一项指标。

To investigate the expression of NF-κB in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its relationship with grade, stage, recurrence and metastasis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. The relationship between NF-κB and Ki67 was also investigated. The expression of NF-κB and Ki67was examined with SP immunohistochemistry in paraffin-embeded samples in 54 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 13 cases with normal bladder tissues. It was demonstrated that the positive expression rate of NF-κBP65 and Ki67 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 88.9% and 70.4%. It was significantly different compared with the contral group. The positive expression rate of NF-κB tend to decline with increasing grade and stage. It was positive correlation with recurrence and metastasis. There was a positive correlation between NF-κB and Ki67. [Conclusions] NF-κB may serve as a index for judging the malignancy, progression and prognosis in bladder carcinoma.
