摘要
在计算机的虚拟环境下,以计算机辅助设计(CAD)、有限元法(FEM)和多体系统动力学分析(MBSDS)为手段,通过数值仿真计算,得到单位载荷作用下地铁车辆构架的应力应变分布。根据准静态叠加法,结合构架的载荷—时间历程和材料特性曲线,运用疲劳分析软件(FE-FATIGUE)预测构架的疲劳寿命,找出了构架的薄弱环节。
By means of CAD, FEM and multi-body system dynamics method (MBSDS), and through numerical simulation calculations,the distribution of stresses and strains of metro vehicle bogie frame is deducted at unit load under the virtual environment of computer.According to quasi-static superposition method, in combination with the frame load-time histories and material characteristic curve, fatigue lifeof the frame is predicted and weak location is found through fatigue analysis software FE-FATIGUE.
