摘要
研究了HT250铸铁齿轮表面涂镀Ni W和Ni Co合金涂层的耐磨损性能。磨损试验结果表明:合金涂层能显著提高铸铁齿轮的耐磨损性能。采用电子显微镜、光学显微镜等对铸铁齿轮表面上的合金涂层的表面形貌、横截面组织、纵截面组织、显微硬度、磨损形貌特征等进行了分析。
The wear-resisting property of the tooth surface of gears made from grey cast iron and plated with NiW and NiCo alloy on abrasion tester of MM-200 type is researched. The experimental results are as follows: the wear resisting property of grey cast iron gear tooth surface treated with alloy plating increased remarkably than that of plain gear surface made from grey cast iron without alloy coating. With the help of electron microscope (EM) and optical microscope (OM), several studies on the alloy coating such as surface shape, interface structure of longitudinal section, microhardness, shape characteristic of wearing and the wear resisting mechanism were carried out.
