摘要
研究了铸镁合金AZ91的表面化学氧化膜的工艺及其耐蚀性,通过对镁合金表面化学氧化膜的扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(XPS)及极化曲线的测量分析,探讨了镁合金表面化学氧化膜的组织、相、成分及其耐蚀性。研究结果显示,镁合金化学氧化膜的表面呈"干枯河床"形貌,有少量的空洞,有利于进一步的涂装需要,镁合金AZ91化学氧化膜在3.5%NaCl中的极化曲线表明,与AZ91的极化曲线对比表明,虽然化学氧化膜的极化曲线没有明显的钝化区,但腐蚀电流减小,具有一定的耐蚀性。
Process and corrosion resistance of chemical oxidation film of AZ91 Mg alloy were investigated in the paper, by means of SEM, XPS and polarization curves analysis on the surface film. Results showed that the chemical oxidation film was mainly consisted of MgO, Al_2O_3, GaP and Cr. Some holes and cracks could be seen. Its structure was non-crystal. The polarization curves showed that it had not long passivation district in the 3.5%NaCl solution. Compared with the pure Mg alloy,the corrosion current decreased,while the corrosion increased.
