介入治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

摘要 目的 :探讨经导管子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法 :选择 13例子宫腺肌病患者采用seldingers技术行双子宫动脉插管 ,造影证实导管在子宫动脉的位置合适即可进行栓塞治疗。用携带有抗生素的聚乙烯醇 (PVA)栓塞颗粒进行栓塞 ,术后 1、3、6、12个月观察其疗效。结果 :子宫动脉栓塞治疗后全部病例临床症状显著缓解。月经量明显减少 ,血红蛋白值升高 ,贫血症状改善。12例患者术后 3个月痛经完全消失。1例治疗后明显缓解 ,术后 12个月症状消失。子宫、病灶体积缩小显著。彩色超声示子宫肌层及病灶区血流信号明显减少。结论 :子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫腺肌病近期疗效显著 ,是一种创伤小、并发症少、临床效果好的新治疗方法。
