摘要
目的 :分析 U F- 10 0型全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分的临床应用价值。方法 :随机选择 4 2 5份本院门诊病人尿液 ,同时用 UF- 10 0型全自动尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪和显微镜检测 ,比较其多个参数结果。结果 :尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪具有快速、简便的特点 ,两者联合使用可降低假阳性 ,对两种方法不符合的标本应用显微镜检查。UF- 10 0能定量检测细菌 ,有利于尿路感染疗效观察 ,而该仪对管型检测的假阳性太多 ,应以镜检为准。结论 :此三种方法联合使用 ,可提高检测结果的精确度和准确度 ,为临床医生提供可靠数据。
Purpose To analysis the detective capacity to visible component of UF-100-full-auto analyzer. Methods The urinary specimen from 425 cases random out-patients were analyzed with UF-100-full-auto analyzer and chemical analyzer and microscope synchronously. Results and chemical analyzer were all quick and brief, and the combination of these two methods can reduce the false positive reaction. Meanwhile, UF-100-full-auto analyzer can detect bacteria quantificationally, and is beneficial to observe the curative effect with its limitation of false positive reaction which could be remedied by the means of microscope observation. Conclusion Combination of these 3 methods could improve the accuracy and precision.
