超声测量胎儿右肝前后径、胎肾长径预测胎儿体重的临床验证

Clinic Validation of the USG Prognosticating Value to Fatal Weight by Hepatic Fore-and-aft and Renal Diameter Measuring

本文通过对 2 80例引产和正常分娩的孕妇进行产前超声测量胎儿右肝前后径、胎肾长径 ,观察发现胎儿右肝前后径、胎肾长径分别与胎儿体重对数间存在着良好的相关性。我们将此二项超声测量参数经统计分析后导出一个预测胎儿体重的二元回归方程 ,并以原测量数据分别代入方程得出的预测结果与实际体重进行比较。结果 :绝对误差值<2 5 0 g的有 16 8例 ,符合率 6 0 % ,相对误差值 <± 10 %的有 2 0 4例占 73%。

The results showed that there is a good pertinency between the above factors, and can be a satisfy indexs for the prognosticating to fatal weight, the absolute accuracy is 60 %.
