摘要 从专业设置入手 ,探讨班级规模、学生人数以及一些其它因素与确定教师编制的关系 ,提出了以专业为基础、以班级规模和学生人数为重要参数计算教师编制的方法。 Starting with the setup of specialties, the relationships between the authorized size of college teachers and class scale, student number and some other elements were discussed Based on specialty, using class scale and student number as important parameters, the method of counting the authorized size of teachers was put forward in this article
