秦皇岛市农村城镇化现状与对策研究

小城镇是实现农村现代化的重要载体 ,它作为农村与城市在生产、交换、生活方式之间的纽带 ,起着推进农村城市化进程的重要作用。作为河北省重要城市的秦皇岛 ,城镇化水平低下。论文结合实际分析了秦皇岛市农村城镇化亟待解决的问题 ,有针对性地提出了加快秦皇岛市小城镇建设步伐 ,增强城市社会、经济、文化向农村辐射功能的对策。
