摘要
目的 观察钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 对 2 0例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者应用钬激光治疗 ,术后应用丝裂霉素或羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注。结果 术中无膀胱穿孔发生 ,无明显出血 ,无闭孔神经反射发生。随访 2～ 12个月 ,疗效满意。结论 钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤临床疗效可靠 ,方法简便。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of superficial bladder tumors with Ho:YAG laser .Methods The therapeutic effect of 20 cases of superficial bladder tumors was observed after treatment with Ho:YAG laser followed by intravesical of hydroxy-camptothecine or mitomycin for the purpose of prevention of tumor recurrence. Results Ho:YAG laser was successfully used to treat bladder tumors, no intraoperative complications such as bladder perforation , bleeding or obturator nerve reflex were found in all patients. Following-up visits 2～12months proved satisfactory Conclusion Ho:YAG laser treatment of superficial bladder tumors is simple and effective.
